THE MAIN HOUSE:
Facing Gaston Street, you’ll notice the 2nd story, bright red lacquered door, shining like a proud peacock, leading to the parlor entrance of The Main House.

The foyer showcases historic hardwood plank flooring, staircase and a custom designed wine cellar. The entire home showcases opulent cornice moldings and architrave combining wood and marble that frame stunning views throughout the home. The in-depth renovation saved the original fireplace mantles, pocket doors and hardwood floors throughout.

The bar includes a second sink and a built-in ice maker. The expansive glass windows offer views of the porch and lush courtyard below.

Further remarkable details are featured in the rear deck and the Carriage House. All are clad in Brazilian Ipe wood surrounded by the soothing fountain and butterfly garden.

The second floor is reserved exclusively for the owners, so guests ascend to the third floor for bedrooms and a living area designed for relaxation and TV watching.

On the third floor, an informal lounge area includes a sofa, chairs, and smart TV. Bedrooms are located on either side, with two full bathrooms. This floor also provides a stackable washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.

The primary bedroom faces Gaston Street, with windows framing ancient Live Oak trees, a king bed, and a private en-suite bath featuring a lighted mirror, double vanity, large walk-in shower, and generous storage.

Opposite, two queen bedrooms boast sweeping city views, including the spires of The Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist. These rooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and double vanity with an illuminated vanity mirror.

THE GARDEN SUITE:
Guests will access the Garden Suite by front or back doors then up to the Main House.

Historically, ground floors of multi-story mansions was where kitchens were often located. Using large brick fireplaces for cooking and having doors at either end of the space to allow breezes to sweep through. When the owners purchased this home, the garden level was completely unfinished with the original dirt floors and exposed brick walls. The renovation covered the brick walls with plaster and finished out the details with the most charming, modern finishes.

The home is a light-filled with a modern open-concept kitchen, dining nook and living room all open for collective gathering. The kitchen features Quartz countertops, full size stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet storage. The dining nook is upholstered with Ralph Lauren inspired fabrics, leather accents and throw pillows. The antique drop-leaf table allows guests to change the size of the table according to game night or dinner.

The spacious living room has a vintage, comfy sofa for watching the smart TV so bring your login info for your favorite apps!

Off the living room is the first of 2 bedrooms with a king size beds and en-suite full bathrooms and smart TVs.

Through the second bedroom guests will see the double glass doors that lead to the private patio. Seating for four on under the covered patio gives guests the view of the lush courtyard and sounds of the soothing fountain just beyond.

*This is a family oriented neighborhood with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. The City of Savannah Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 8 am. Savannah Police and the neighborhood strictly enforce this. The individual violators can be fined and/or EVICTED.

*No pets or smoking allowed.

PARKING:
The City of Savannah uses metered street parking Monday through Friday, free on Saturday/Sunday (in some areas) and uses Meter Pay Stations on each block. Parking is limited on Gaston Street but easier to find on surrounding blocks.
Visitor Parking Day Passes are available for 24hours/$15 and 48hours/$24 and can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office.
