How do I book my Luxury Living Savannah vacation rental?
You can book online using our secure reservation system. Reservations are confirmed when they have been processed by our reservationists. If you'd prefer to reserve by telephone, you can either call us at 912-999-7200 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to assist you with booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. There is a 50% deposit due at the time of booking. The remainder is due within 60 days of the reservation.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. (Savannah) or 10:00 a.m. (Tybee) unless other arrangements have been made with Luxury Living Savannah. Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged at a minimum $50/hour based on property rate. If guest would like to arrange for additional time at the property please contact Luxury Living Savannah in advance for any applicable rates.
What can I expect to find in the home?
We provide each property with a fully-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glassware, silverware etc. Towels and bed linens are also provided in each home. *Please do not bring towels to the beach.* All of our homes have free wi-fi and either cable or satellite television.
Can I access the internet?
Yes, each home has free wireless internet access, but due to Savannah's cable infrastructure we are not able to guarantee internet or cable access at all times, especially in peak tourist seasons.
Is smoking permitted?
All of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 fine.
How old do I have to be to rent one of your properties?
For insurance purposes all guests must be at least 25 years of age excluding children accompanied by adults.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed at select properties. Please see each property for its pet policy.
What is your housekeeping policy?
Our guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition they found it. Guests should leave Luxury Living Savannah’s property, premises and furnishings (in original location) in clean and undamaged condition.
Do you have any noise restrictions?
We expect you to be courteous to your neighbors and other guests. Please do not use courtyards, porches or any outdoor areas after 9pm, which is in accordance of the City of Savannah and Tybee Island Noise Ordinance rules and regulations.
What happens if I forget to leave the keys upon my departure?
Keys must be left in the property and the key box upon your departure. Failure to leave the 2 sets of keys will result in a $15 charge per key. Garage Door openers not left at the property will result in a $150 charge.
If I have a problem during my stay, how do I contact you?

What is your cancellation policy?
1-3 bedroom properties:
60 Days Prior to arrival date: 100% refund minus a $50.00 processing fee. 59 - 0 Days Prior to arrival date: NO REFUND. 100% refund if property is rebooked for your cancelled dates minus a $50 processing fee.
NO REFUND inside of 60 days for any reason including, but not limited to: illness, death in the family, event cancellation, weather or airline issues.
We STRONGLY recommend purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE
Wedding Cake Collection, Washington Square Collection, Ocean View Penthouse:
NO CANCELLATIONS unless property rebooked.

We offer grocery shopping/stocking services, private chefs and additional housekeeping options. Please call us for a complete list and pricing.
What happens if there is there is severe weather during our reservation? The South East Coast does experiences inclement weather and Hurricanes.
We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of inclement weather. Departures due to inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit. We highly suggest you purchase a “CSA Vacation Rental Insurance Policy” to help recoup any lost payment in the event you are not able to attend your vacation, please contact CSA Travel Insurance Protection at (866) 999-4018. Hurricane Season runs June 1 to Nov. 30.
Are beach towels and beach chairs provided with every rental?
