Delicious seafood and cocktails will be accompanied by the sounds of the Zac Brown tribute band 20 Ride. It’s Southern music with the backdrop of a stunning sunset for the ultimate seafood experience. Everyone gets beverage samples and you can purchase beer and cocktails. The cost is $60.
Saturday, August 11th from 2:00-5:00 p.m. brings the annual “AquaCurean Challenge.” The cost is $65 per person. Top chefs from local and regional restaurants will join the best mixologists and bartenders in the business to create tantalizing food and beverage tastings. You get to vote for your favorites. So far, the confirmed 2018 line-up includes US Foods, Aqua Star, Top Deck, Fish, Congress Street Up, Chromatic Dragon and more. The Seafood & Spirits Festival concludes with the “Fresh Catch & Cocktails Jazz Brunch” on Sunday, August 12th from 12:30-3:30 p.m. in the Aqua Star Southern Coastal Kitchen. Celebrate the grand finale with shrimp tails and other seafood bites at a breakfast brunch complete with champagne and a Bloody Mary bar. Jeremy Davis and the Fabulous Equinox Trio will perform with live music. The $65 dollar admission will include a very special AquaCurean gift, and spirit partners will have a few special surprises.
