Tattnall House [1]
Location location location
Reviewed on 2023-03-21 by Holly R. , Leetsdale, PA USAND that wonderful walled courtyard! An outstanding experience of a charming old Savannah house, very curated collection of furniture (it is also comfortable), pictures (fascinating old prints of cities). Well-signed directions for using its electrical etc. AND THAT NEIGHBORHOOD! Fabulous walking in the historic district for people who don't want to stay in that downtown tourist street and bars scene. Street parking never any problem at all, parked in front of the door essentially every time.

Lovely stay in Savannah
Reviewed on 2022-08-09 by Rhiannon B. , Woodbine, MD United StatesBeautiful property. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Wish we could have enjoyed the courtyard more, but we went during a very hot and humid part of the summer. Only issue is that the company takes a very long time, up to a month, to refund your deposit. Still haven’t received ours.
Southern Charm at its Best!
Reviewed on 2022-07-07 by , Fort Myers, FL USExperience was terrific. The home was beautiful and charming from top to bottom. Loved the location in historic Savannah! Good communication with the host. Amenities were adequate. Only constructive feedback I would suggest is to have a small sheet explaining how to watch DVDs, as my girls were excited to watch a movie and we couldn’t figure out how to operate everything that was involved. Also, the bedroom mattresses could stand to be replaced. This makes such a difference in a quality night’s sleep. Otherwise the home and experience were wonderful and we hope to return someday!
Southern comfort
Reviewed on 2022-05-01 by Nina P. , Wellfleet, MA USWe had a taste of life in Savannah which was enhanced by our stay in this small, sweet house. Here you could imagine a different, slower-paced life, albeit with modern upgrades. We may return again; it was that special.
Quiet Retreat or Romantic Getaway
Reviewed on 2021-09-17 by Nancy P. , Gillett, TX USTattnall house is the perfect place to sit back relax and soak in the ambience. I’ve stayed here twice. Once with a friend, and just recently with my husband. It’s just a couple blocks from Forsyth Park and coffee shops on Liberty. Perfect!
Tattnall House with a Court Yard
Reviewed on 2021-08-20 by , Valencia, CA USBeautiful historic solid brick home with a court yard off the kitchen. Comfortable furniture, believe it or not. The home has 4 fireplaces and only one bathroom upstairs. The washer and dryer is also upstairs. See if you can find the hidden message in the home during your stay.
A Unique Vacation Spot
Reviewed on 2021-07-13 by , Canton, GA United StatesWe chose this location due to the historic nature of the house and decor. We enjoyed taking a step back in time surrounded by vintage furniture. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The location of the house was perfect for us and offered us peace and quiet. Parking was not an issue and the management company was prompt and very helpful in assisting once we arrived. This is a must see!!!

New Years in Tattnall
Reviewed on 2021-01-04 by Marlene S. , Miami, FL United StatesWe were very pleased with our stay. We were hesitant in booking at first due to a bad review and it was the only one. I’m so glad we did. The house is adorable and the price was great/
Older home in a great location
Reviewed on 2020-12-31 by Haley H. , Arlington, VA United StatesThe house was overall fine and in a good location to walk to all of downtown Savannah. The heat in the home made the stay very uncomfortable, as well as the musty smell. It was cold in Savannah so we turned the heat up. The first floor remained freezing and the bedrooms on the top floor were boiling. When I called for help I was told “it’s an old house and the heat was just checked.” I was shocked at the rude response and lack of customer service as we booked the home for 6 nights. Additionally there were two cars with shattered windows on the block the day before we left that were broken into overnight.
