My sisters' families were able to rent the adjoining unit and the unit below us. The property was very clean and came with beach gear for us to use. There are few improvements that could be made (pocket doors didn't slide well, light in the hallway wouldn't turn off with a switch, one of the double doors wouldn't stay closed) but we were easily able to work around all of that. My favorite spot was the little deck off the master bedroom that offered a shady/breezy spot to enjoy the ocean view.

It was also situated perfectly for a quick day trip to Savannah and then back to Tybee Island for some great food shopping and walking the island in the evening. It was just an overall wonderful stay.

There is ample parking for two cars and an elevator from the parking garage right to your doorstep.
We loved walking the area, especially Chatham St along the back side of the island.
If I was going to suggest one improvement it would be that the unit needs a couple of end tables in the living area as well as a couple of ottomans. You know, a place to put your feet up and a place to set your coffee when reading or watching tv.
Would recommend this unit and Luxury Living Savannah, they are great to deal with.

This luxury beach rental has been professionally decorated by a leading Coastal Georgia design firm, giving it a style and a welcoming atmosphere you’ll never want to leave.
The home features cozy, large bedrooms and living and dining spaces that offer up plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining.
An elevator is there for your convenience, allowing you to be swiftly transported to the top of this idyllic vacation spot.
The master bedroom suite boasts a private balcony with incredible views of the ocean and is outfitted with a table and chairs for your enjoyment. There are two additional, good-sized bedrooms that provide ample space for the whole family, one of which also has claiming views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The living and dining areas have comfortable seating, encouraging intimate conversations, game playing, TV watching and reading.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and outfitted with all you need to cook.

We have all NEW TVs that can stream all the new apps. We do NOT have cable, so please bring your login info for your favorite apps.
NOISE:
This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort, including NO BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR GROUPS! This is a family oriented building with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. The City of Tybee Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 7 am. Tybee Island Police and the neighborhood strictly enforces this. The individual violators (not the property owner) can be fined by the City.
PARKING:
You have 2 free parking spaces on the ground floor under the condo building. No oversized vehicles, no RVs, no trailers allowed.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people at all times, including infants & children.
Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions.
No pets or smoking.
Cancellations:
If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the credit card processing fee. We use a 3rd party credit card processing company & they do NOT refund these fees to us if a guest cancels.
You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee PLUS the credit card processing fee.
