Forsyth Park House
The Forsyth Park House is an 1871 Victorian masterpiece the features the original antique heart pine floors, 12-foot ceilings with ornate plaster medallions and moldings, 11 decorative fireplaces, and a rambling Charleston style side porch overlooking the breathtaking garden below. The period correct modernization of the property includes a home theatre/stereo system throughout house, state of the art gourmet kitchen with a screened porch for alfresco dining, large Formal Living and Dining Rooms that flow out onto the side verandas overlooking the garden and fountain. The large master bedroom suite has a wet bar, private deck and a lavish marble bath coined "The Diva Bath"! This marble bath has a private water closet with a bidet, a freestanding glass rainfall shower, two private belle époque pedestal sinks, and a 72" aquatic air bath worthy of a Southern Bell Diva. Scarlet eat your heart out! Every bride should prepare for her special day in such opulence.

The Forsyth Park House side garden is one of the largest and finest Savannah private gardens. The garden is known for its impressive wall of bamboo, imposing fountain and indigenous plantings and a wisteria draped pergola.

One block from the Forsyth Park House is the famous Forsyth Park. The park is in the heart of Historic Savannah with twenty acres and highlighted by its beautiful white fountain that was erected in 1858. The Forsyth Park Fountain has become one of the landmarks of Savannah offering a magnificent setting for many a Savannah Wedding as well as concerts and other community events. Many of our brides have their weddings in this magical park and simply have the guests walk one block back to the Forsyth Park House for the reception!

This 4 - 5 bedroom, 5 bath main house provides accommodations for up to 10 guests and when combined with the Forsyth Park Garden Suite and Forsyth Park Carriage House, it can accommodate up to 20 guests.

Wedding Cake Mansion
The Wedding Cake Mansion - An 1869 2nd Empire Baroque home takes your breath the minute you set eyes on it. The prized The Wedding Cake Mansion is the jewel of Monterey Square. The Mansion won the Historic Savannah Foundation Preservation Award for it's painstaking multi-million $$ restoration.

The long time residents of Savannah named it the Wedding Cake Mansion because the elaborate white bay window with ornate stained glass and white ornamental iron work resembles a sumptuous "Wedding Cake". This architecture is very unique to Savannah with only a few examples in the Savannah Historic District. The French influence is carried throughout the mansion with Breathtaking 19th century Chrystal chandeliers, European antiques, art and decor. The bathrooms are the definition of Luxury. The marble master bath has an imported stained glass window over the 6 foot air bath, French fixtures, antique sconces, double vanities, and a two person shower. The remaining 8 bathrooms have such adornments as Italian mosaics, antique vanities, hand painted murals, body sprays, - too much to list!!! It just doesn't get any better!!

The imported Italian marble statue, the Goddess of Flowers, anchors the lovely fountain and watches over the tranquil courtyard. Beautiful landscaping and seating make this the perfect spot for a Family Gathering and provides an enjoyable outdoor flow for any event.

The Wedding Cake Mansion has a flexible configuration that allows for 4 - 5 private bedrooms with 5 private ensuite bathrooms, and can sleep up to 11 guests. When combined with Wedding Cake Garden Suite and Wedding Cake Carriage House the property can accommodate 21 guests.

Washington Square House
The Historic 1790 Washington Square House is in the Downtown Savannah Historic District. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath Historic home accommodating up to 10 was awarded the prized Historic Savannah Foundation Preservation Award. The restoration incorporated all the modern conveniences such as a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, luxury baths, home theatre system, courtyard, fountain and more. The stellar location allows you to take the entire group 1 block to Broughton Streetfor upscale boutique shopping and Restaurants and Bay Street and River Street for fun and festivities and simply stroll back to the Washington Square House.

When staying at the Washington Square House, the bride simply walks out the door onto Washington Square for the nuptials!!! After the wedding, the bride and groom, and their guests, simply walk back across the street for a small reception at the Washington Square House. You can also host your wedding in the adorable courtyard with a fountain and beautiful pergola.

Bridal Party Accommodations
When combining the 4 bedroom, 4 bath main house with the lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath Washington Square Carriage House, the entire property can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Cancellation Policy for Large Groups Renting the Forsyth Park House, Washington Square House, and/or Wedding Cake Mansion properties:

• No Refunds / No Cancellations
• 50% security deposit is due on booking. The remaining 50% is due 31 days prior to reserved date.
• Event fees and deposits are non-refundable.
• 100% refund if property is rebooked for your cancelled dates minus a $50 processing fee
