I wanted to write and tell you what an amazing time we had at Forsyth Park House. My whole crew of 15 are seasoned travelers who have stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world, they can be tough customers. Imagine my delight when they arrived in Savannah were completely thrilled about the accomodations. It is rare to have such individual privacy and room to be together all in one place. The house was absolutely lovely. We spent an amazing amount of time on the porches and in the kitchen. Everyone loved the house so much that our last night there we opted to just stay in and enjoy the house and being together.

Since my return I have reccomended your properties to everyone and anyone who will listen and will definitely book with you again when we visit Savannah.

My friends and I just enjoyed a long weekend at the Cathedral Suite on Abercorn. It is a beautiful unit and we enjoyed our stay there tremendously. I'm already thinking about another trip with a different group of friends!

Hi we just stayed in your Jones st - Madison Ste in Savannah. I absolutely loved the 2 four poster beds in the front bedroom. I was wondering if you could tell me where they were purchased from?

Also, we would like to know some history on the house. In the journal in the house there is repeated mention of a ghost or presence in the house- do you have any history on that? We would love to know the scoop on that.

I'm writing to let you know we've vacated the Monterey Square Suite (reluctantly) at 109 W. Jones Street . We had a fabulous stay but everyone needed to get back to work (bummer). Thanks for the terrific few weeks. We'll be back in touch for next summer.

Dear Tammy Jo;

My wife and I wanted to thank you again for all the help with my family reunion. My relatives fell in love with all the houses and they all had an absolutely wonderful time while they were in Savannah . Cynthia’s catering service and food was outstanding. The only thing that didn’t go off as planned was the torrential rain we had last Wednesday afternoon which coincided with the arrival of all my relatives. I guess God wanted to be included in the reunion too. But even with all the flights being delayed and the streets being flooded up over the sidewalks we still managed to get all the relatives checked in and all made it to our dinner at Mrs. Wilkes that evening. I heard later that 3” of rain fell in one hour so total rainfall must have been around 5” or so. It truly was unbelievable. The weather the rest of the week made up for Wednesday so everyone forgot about the rain by the next day.

Also wanted to thank you for the basket of goodies from the River Street Candy Shop. They were a big hit with the relatives and kids.

My goal was to create a unique and wonderful experience for my whole family and judging by all the kisses, hugs and praise my wife and I received from them on a daily basis it truly was thanks to your beautiful houses, Cynthia’s cooking, Mrs. Wilkes Boarding House, Old Town Trolleys, The Lady & Sons, the Savannah Carriage Tours, the weather and the City of Savannah.

My wife and I look forward to having the opportunity to stay in one of your properties in the future. I’m sure I will be talking to you again and maybe even get to meet you some day.

It was so nice meeting you a few weeks ago while my friends and I arrived at the Forsyth Park Garden Suite. I just wanted to say Thank You again!

Three of my friends and I (from NJ, CO, VA & FL) had a “girl’s weekend” away and chose the Luxury Living Savannah, Forsyth Park Garden Suite to stay at. It was the best! The suite was furnished beautifully, the rooms were larger than they appeared on the website and it was well equipped with everything. The private patio, gardens and fountain area were perfect. We had more space, 2 bathrooms and more amenities than a hotel could offer. We will certainly look into using Luxury Living properties again on one of our future weekends away! Thanks again!

I am writing on behalf of our family to say "Thank You" for our stay on Jones street in Savannah the first week in September. We had such a wonderful time, and the Madison Square Suite was just beautiful. We were in Savannah to celebrate the 50th Wedding Anniversary of our parents, and we had a magical time. I believe you were there at that time as well; I would have very much liked to thank you in person!

Again, thank you, and we certainly will be considering a future stay at this property or one of your other properties.

My husband and I just spent a lovely 4 day weekend in the Madison Suite on Jones St., and enjoyed it very much. The accommodations were just as nice as we'd hoped, and the neighborhood was wonderful.

And now for my question: All joking aside about Savannah being the most haunted city in America, have there ever been any strange events reported in the building? We had several unexplained incidents occur while we were there, and can't help but wonder if anyone else ever did, too.

We had a great weekend. everything worked out very well. I especially like the way of getting the key.

My only complaint is i wish we would have had more time to stay but were limited by everyone's schedule. The dinner with the caterer was a great hit also.

Wanted to tell you what a good time we had, regardless of the rain and me being sick. You have a wonderful home and we appreciated all the extras, like dishwashing soap, salt and pepper, etc. Also, thank you for the fresh flowers and Easter basket. We munched on all the treats while watching the NCAA basketball games. When we go to Savannah again, I'll get in touch with you regarding renting again.

Last weekend I had the best of weekends, my Mother in law, sister in law and I stayed in the Chippewa Square Suite. It is a beautiful place...I am hoping you can give me some of it's history, like who may have lived in there all those years ago. I had a dream of some children and their dog and some ladies down stairs doing needle work of some kind. So, if you can would you please tell me some of it's history?
