The 4 - 5 bedroom, 5 bath main house can provide overnight accommodations for up to 10 guests and when combined with the 2 bedroom, 2 bath garden suite, it can accommodate up to 16. The expansive side garden, known for its fountain, bamboo wall, and lush flower beds, accommodates up to 75 guests for family function.

Washington Square House
Washington Square House, perfect for accommodating family reunions and gatherings, is situated 2 blocks from River Street on Washington Square in Savannah's Landmark Historic District. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath multi million dollar home has recently undergone an "Award Winning" Historic Restoration with all the modern conveniences such as a gourmet kitchen, luxury baths, home theatre system, courtyard, fountain and more. Combine the home with the lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath carriage house and the entire property can accommodate up to 16 guests!
